Sareen has a broad legal background with over 20 years of experience in corporate, business and real estate transactional law, business and consumer litigation, as well as intellectual property rights and estate planning. Throughout her legal career, Sareen has successfully negotiated and closed over a 1,000 business, real estate and corporate transactions.
She is a persuasive advocate with a record of success serving as outside general counsel to various companies. In addition to her excellent analytical and organizational skills, she is a gifted negotiator. Sareen has a sharp eye for details which benefits her clients when she is representing their interests be it in her written documents or oral arguments. Most significantly, Sareen is keen to resolve disputes in the most practical, cost effective and efficient manner possible, with the goal of avoiding protracted litigation.
Sareen is extremely resourceful. Her multi-language skills including Spanish, French, Italian, Armenian and Arabic allow her to represent a diverse clientele in this growing international climate. She also holds an active California Real Estate Broker’s License and has significant experience and expertise in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
Sareen has also been active within the Armenian-American community. She served on various committees for the Armenian National Committee of America – Western Region (ANCA-WR), notably, co-chairing the ANCA-WR’s annual banquet gala, the marquee community event which serves as the catalyst to unify the community around the Armenian Cause in all its facets and to highlight the many accomplishments of the most effective and well-organized grassroots advocacy organization in the Armenian Diaspora.
Sareen received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law with a Certificate from the Pepperdine Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law. She received the California Excellence for the Future Award (CALI) in International Entertainment and Copyright Law in Film and Music, awarded to the highest scoring student in each law school class. She was the Literary Editor of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges and received a Certificate of Excellence in Literary and Technical Editing. She also served as the President of the Administrative Law Society and the President of the Armenian Law Students Association. She is admitted to practice law in California and all of its federal district courts.
