Bezdik Kassab Law Group Expands Its Practice to the Aloha State

Within less than a year and a half of launching their law firm, experienced Southern California firm expands its offices to the State of Hawaii

In January 2020, prior to the pandemic, Raffi Kassabian, Esq. and Sareen Bezdikian, Esq. joined forces to launch their business and real estate boutique law firm in Los Angeles and Orange County, California – the Bezdik Kassab Law Group. Today, Bezdik Kassab is thrilled to announce the expansion of its law practice to the State of Hawaii and the launch of its office in Honolulu.

Located in the heart of the business district, at 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 2700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, Bezdik Kassab’s practice will focus on catering to both the individual and business community on all of the Hawaiian islands.

The firm’s preeminent Business Litigation & Transactions (BLT) practice area will focus on clients’ business and real estate disputes and transactional needs – including starting, selling or buying business entities, negotiating contracts and litigating a business or real estate dispute as well as matters relating to landlord/tenant, estate planning and trademark as well as copyright.

“We look forward to bringing our experience and value to the islands,” said Hawaii managing partner Raffi Kassabian, Esq., who practiced with global law firm Reed Smith LLP for over nine years before launching his own practice. “With our ability to efficiently service clients in both the litigation and transactional space all under one roof, we can offer big firm quality work product at competitive rates.”

Bezdik Kassab’s second practice area – Consumer & Mortgage Litigation – focuses on litigation relating to mortgage and foreclosure disputes and various consumer protection statutes relating to debt collection and credit reporting. The attorneys at Bezdik Kassab have litigated and/or managed over 3,000 consumer and mortgage litigation matters to date.

“My love for the islands and the people of Hawaii has always been the impetus for my desire to expand the practice from the Golden State to the Aloha State,” said Kassabian. “The ongoing exchange of commerce between the two states creates an opportunity for our firm to service the community as well as small to large businesses who continue to feel the ripple effects from the pandemic.”
